We are pleased to announce that the Civic Hall will be ready for our performance in October 2009 and our production will be Oklahoma. This is great news for our Society and means we will finally be able to come back together to put on a major performance after a long spell when we have been able to unable to use the Civic. Production dates are 13 -17 October 2009, look out for details of our rehearsals starting in May. We are pleased to welcome as our production team .

Brighouse Theatre Productions is a member of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association. Founded in 1899, it is the main representative body for amateur theatre in the U.K.. It has a membership of some 2,400 amateur/community theatre groups and 3000 individual enthusiasts, staging musicals, operas, plays, concerts and pantomimes in a wide variety of performing venues. It aims to help amateurs achieve the highest standards of best practice and performance. We're currently looking for new members to join our company.

If you are able to sing, dance and can commit to rehearsals, please get in touch.
We also need people to help behind the scenes, if you can move scenery, apply makeup, make costumes or simply make the tea, we need your help.
